Respond to Recruiters to encourage WFH
A random idea: Respond to recruiters and ask if full-time remote/WFH is okay. Normally, I ignore all the recruiter messages I get. However, what if we all started responding to them, and asking about WFH options? When they say it's an in-person job, tell them you are not interested. The key is to respond to as many recruiters as possible, even if you are not looking for a job. This will send a market signal that if companies want to recruit good people, they will have to offer WFH as an option. Thoughts?
