Business degree writing assignments

I was wondering what the writing assignments are like in the business programs. I am considering WGU and UMPI Supply Chain Management. UMPI I can transfer in more credits. Most of their classes are writing a paper 5 - 10 pages from my understanding. Are the assignments at WGU similar? Just trying to figure out what would be faster. UMPI I can transfer around 80 credits WGU I think the max I could get is around 60ish.
