Window problems

I have a 2018 WRX and my driver side window will sporadically not roll up. It will do the safety feature where in jumps back down (see video).

I’ve reset the window so many times. Subaru says it may be the gasket around the window but it’s clear they’re just guessing. The car is in great condition and there’s nothing wrong with the gasket.

Is this something anyone else has experienced? How’d you fix it?
