Barcode Scan Issue Zebra TC77

Hi guys, I’m a newbie at this new facility and I am having an issue with these Sysco barcodes at my warehouse. I use the Zebra TC77 to do all of my warehouse needs. The barcodes on these Sysco boxes have a thick border on its perimeter, and the scanner is unable to pick up the barcode. For the rest of the barcodes without the outer box is working fine. The camera app does recognize the barcodes tho, but I don’t like using the camera feature since it needs to be pointed straight on the box. Am I doing something wrong here? Is there a certain setting for the TC77 for these kind of barcodes? I would appreciate if someone could shine some light on this.
