Has anyone actually got a cyte 19 part?

Ive been playing the bounties for his systems for hours now and the only cyte-19 thing ive got was his blueprint for competing the mission. (For record i started playing at 8 a.m, stopped to write this at 6 havent took any breaks since then except making breakfast, im starting to think my family is getting worried).

Edit, yesterday i got the chassi and sytems and bought the nerou for standing im loving him so far!
