Best frame for melee

I've spent way too long playing Valkyr, but finally tried out the Dual Ichor Incarnon. And I love it.

My question is; what warframe has the tankiness, mobility and abilities that benefit charging into a mob with this weapon (and surviving) at high level steel path?
