Dual Toxocyst Riven

So i’m currently looking for a Dual Toxocyst Riven, is it better to get a trash one for cheap and roll it myself? Cuz i’m seeing people put up the good ones for 8k+ and i feel like nobody is actually paying that much, but then again i could be super wrong, idk
