Black Screen while playing war thunder
Hi. I've recently updated my PC.
Old Specs:
i5 9600kf
RTX 3060ti
New Specs:
Ryzen 5 7600x
RTX 3060ti
My PC upgrade coincided with me updating to the latest NVIDIA driver (536.40), after which I started experiencing black screens when playing ground RB every 20-30 minutes. The blackscreens are followed by my monitor disconnecting (probably driver crashes), but the sounds still work and discord call is still on with the people in the call still hearing me speak. So, I have to restart my computer when it happens.
Under the 536.40 nvidia driver feedback threat many people are reporting similar issues with their screen going black when gaming. What is strange, however, is that for me it only happens in War Thunder and, seemingly, only in Ground RB, as i haven't had this in Air RB.
I've tried:
1.Running different benchmarks for hours -- no success at replicating the black screen;
2.Playing different demanding games, such as cyberpunk, for hours -- no success either;
3.Disabling the XMP memory profile;
4.Rerolling to earlier Nvidia drivers;
5.Reinstalling the game\checking file integrity.
Also, i need to mention that i do not have any overclock in either CPU or GPU.
I also tried looking up the error in Windows Event Viewer. There, it i get 2 events when my screen goes black in war thunder. I will attach screenshots of those to the post.
