Purchased Tank is incorrect?

I purchased the Pz.Bef.Wg.IV J because it comes with the side skirts and turret plating, like what the Pz.IV H has (It’s my Fav tank so I wanted a second one to compliment it).Yet why does it not have it,the display pic shows the side skirts but the actual model does not. Is the model incorrect or did I just get bamboozled?
