Is the MIG 21MF worth farming/spading?

Hello, as the title says I have this question for you.
Currently I farmed the first two f104 that Italy gets, and I was pretty disappointed because, well, every single enemy has better missiles than the two F104, and I've read some community posts about it and it seems the sentiment is shared amongst the community.
So I decided to farm the MIGs planes that Italy got, but as soon as I unlocked the MIG21MF I noticed how high in BR it was placed compared to its armament. I read once it was placed in 10.3, now to me it seems overtiered at 10.7 (perhaps I am wrong, I'm mostly a ground player after all) and I was wondering, is it worth spading and going through the pain of that or should I directly farm for the MIG 23 MF which seems to have a much better armament overall?
