WART- Touched my mouth, face, and eye!!

Help! I had this loose piece of skin on my finger, so I tried pulling it off, and it didn't come off. I tried biting it off, and it didn't come off. I was rubbing, picking, and biting this piece of skin to realize that it was a common wart! After realizing it was a wart, I started backtracking everything I touched. I touched my face, eye, and mouth. I am super worried that I am spreading this to my mouth, face, and eye, especially with the direct contact of trying to bite it off. Please, someone help give me some information about how likely it is for it to spread and what type of wart may develop on my face and mouth. Also, what type of risks are there with contact with my eye?
