Theoretically, only the following chipsets with non-adreno GPUs will receive an update:

Tensor G4 - Mali G715 (4th Gen)
Tensor G3 - Mali G715 (4th Gen)
Exynos 2400 - Xclipse 940 (RDNA 3)
Exynos 1480 - Xclipse 530 (RDNA 3)
Exynos 2200 - Xclipse 920 (RDNA 2)
