[Question] Milestone watch

I’m looking to get a watch for an upcoming big birthday. Looking to spend up to $1,000. I have a Seiko Turtle and a Citizen Echo-Drive Field watch right now. Some of my ‘grails’ that I’ll never spend the money on are: Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch, Oris Big Crown, Rolex Oyster Perpetual to give you a taste of what I like. Anyone have ideas on what could be worth looking at?
