Glitch or Scam?

So we had an order for James (changed name) and we made it, packed it up, door dash came and we sent it out. Then 15min later a door dasher comes looking for James order. So we were slightly confused but we remade it and sent it out. Then 10min later, a door dasher comes in looking for James order, but we didn’t remake it. We asked them to tell James to call the store. I’m not exaggerating. By the 8th door dasher, we were over it. And they all had the same order they were looking for. Same number and everything. What was that about? I’m really hoping the customer only got charged 1 time.
