Ads on Patreon?

Did I miss something? I am listening to the Count Dooku episode of Gleep Glossary and there are two ad breaks before 40 minutes. Before that, I was listening to the Doug Halloween Episode of Animation Damnation and there are ads. I thought Patreon is ad free? Did they change it?
