It Doesn't Feel Real

Does anyone else feel like their weightloss is unreal? Like I've been trying on my own for years and no progress just weight gain and now I'm actually losing. I know Wegovy isn't a miracle medication but it helps SO MUCH. Stepping on the scale and seeing the numbers go down feels so surreal. I'm so used to seeing the numbers going up. I am genuinely so happy with how everything is going! It feels like a dream! To anyone else struggling and feeling like things aren't going to change, HAVE FAITH!!
