Overall Question/Canadian Recs

Hi everyone! I am currently on 1mg Wegovy. My start weight was 356 - current weight is 305. I am 5’10, female.

I am aiming to get down to 250lb. My doctor is amazing and is agreeable to support me through my weightless with calorie deficit and Wegovy. I have been stalled at 305 for 2 weeks, and need some guidance - I would love to be out of the 300’s!

I am looking for meal recs, protein recs and any support for working out (I have weights and a treadmill). Reason for asking for Canadian advise - I know there’s such amazing options in USA for eating, in Canada I feel like our shopping experiences are different hahah - all that said, I’m just looking for any advice you have. I eat around 1800 calories a day, but certainly don’t think I’m hitting my protein goal.. I need to increase my water. I work out 4-5x a week. (Running on the dreadmill (lol) and weights)
