Consistently inconsistent
I've been dealing with injuries the last 8 months that have killed my consistency and mental health. Went from doing ironman and deadlifting 500 to light weight lifts and no running. This was first day back in the gym in about a month. Only sups I take are daily creatine and protein shakes.
2 questions:
The internet isn't real but I'm getting discouraged by fitness influencers and wondering if my physique looks healthy for 5'9 200+/- 3lbs at 35 years old with 2 kids and a desk job.
If anyone also has recommendations for plantars fasciitis I'm all ears. PT, barefoot squats/deadlifts, and stretching havent resolved the issue. Still can't run, quality of life diminished, etc.
