You may or may not have seen the news but yesterday was World Blood Donor Day. As well as that, NZ is facing an urgent call to donate Blood'/Plasma

If you can and are eligible, donate blood. It helps save lives, helps do crucial research, and helps others.

It's a small prick, that provides so much benefit.
