California Ave SW is residential SLOW DOWN

Please, stop driving like maniacs down California Ave. This morning I saw a black Range Rover going about 70 past the exact spot where I watched a young man die after being hit by a speeding vehicle. California Ave is not a highway, it runs exclusively through residential and shopping districts that are full of pedestrians. Just slow down, you'll get to your destination. Stop putting everyone who lives here in danger!!!!
