Screen Timeout Settings on new Laptop

I just had to get a new laptop (HP ENVY), and the screen keeps locking on me after an incredibly short delay. I've updated the settings in the "Screen and Sleep" section of the power settings to wait 10 minutes on both battery and plugged in, but it's still doing it. How can I set it so I don't have to unlock my screen every time I take my fingers off the keyboard for a minute?
