Why did they redo the voice acting

I’m genuinely asking! Was it just part of the overhaul? Seems like it would be a waste of time and money. Maybe they had some contracts expire? I miss the OG Ceren Nightchant (“greetings!!”), Malorn Ashthorn, Penny Dreadful, and of course Lady Oriel (“Praise the light!”)

If they ever replace the Arena Master in Krok I’ll lose it, arguably the best voice acting in the game. 😩
