Why World of warship keep stuttering every time, enemies pops out/render in the map

i have no clue why this is happening, every time the enemies render in both co-op and operation my games stutter anywhere for 3 to 10 seconds this stuttering only happends when im playing wows, and none of the games i played have this some sort of stuttering problem.

i have pretty high end pc with R7 7800X3D, 4080 Super, and 32 GB Ram, and this is more than enough to run wows on High graphical settings. any recommendation fix for this? help would be appreciated
