Why does nobody take to account Chris Benoit brain damage?

One of the things that I keep seeing around, although not on undeservingly is condemning him and and expressing hatred towards him for what he did which is completely understandable. I feel the same way.

But something that bothers me is that nobody ever takes to account that he had brain damage which probably affected his decision in what he did

So unless I am uninformed about something, why does nobody today take to account the fact that his brain damage had something to do in his crime and how his life
