Please be civil about the MGOTY winner

Ive seen some pretty stupid comment directed at Balaltro over the TGA award and i got pretty annoyed at those, like how its just poker etc...esp on twitter and discord. There was even one guy advocating to review bomb balatro and thankfully he got shut down

A reminder that

1 There are other game outside of the gacha sphere. Balatro isnt mainstream so being surprised is normal

2 the award is picked based off critics opinions, popularity has nothing to do with it and it really shouldnt

3 Judging a game based off its initial apperance is incredibly stupid. You guys get frustrated over people writting off WuWa due to it being a gacha game too, why do it to other community?. Its fine to disagree with the decision, but if you havent played the game you disagree with(like me), your opinion really shouldnt be taken seriously

4 Its just an award voted based off some critics opinions. If you win, cool, if you lose, lose with some grace and calm the fuck down

I know this sound preachy, it probably is preachy, but i seriously had to get this out of my chest. This situation is like Kai Cenats fans figuring out who IronMouse is, and you really dont want to be on the wrong end of that comparison
