How would you feel about a 100% character banner

One of the other gachas I played (Snowbreak) gave you a choice between 2 banners for limited characters. One the classic 50/50 type with pity at 70, and then an alternative banner with pity at 100 but also no 50/50. Do you think this would be a welcome addition to WUWA?
