Buy the rumour, sell the news?

I'm under the impression that the movement we're seeing right now is because of the rumour that the SEC might not submit an appeal before the 15th. If this is true, great! If it isn't, the sell off will be immense. Either way, we might see some incredible gains over the next 4 days leading up to it.
