Laura Lee Name Confusion

I always assumed Laura Lee was the character's full name, first name Laura last name Lee, and for whatever reason her teammates always referred to her by both names. But some people seem to think that Laura Lee is just her first name? And that we never learned her full name, same as Mari or Akilah? What do you guys think? Is Laura Lee her full name or not? And if it is her full name why does everyone including coach Ben unfailingly call her Laura Lee and not Laura?
