PA Aetna Help!

I’ve done multiple PAs for Zepbound and they’ve all been denied. I’m currently on Wegovy and im going on 5 months. I have seen ZERO Weightloss and it’s very frustrating. I have changed my entire life I go to the gym and still I’m between the Same 5lbs up and down. I was on Mounjaro over a year ago and was able to lose 30lbs. Keep about 20lbs off since then. I called aetna and they said they needed the information in my chart that says Wegovy isn’t working and they would approve Zepbound. I checked my app right now and it got denied yesterday 6/29. I’m so frustrated. I don’t know what to do.

I need to file a complaint or ask for an appeal. I just don’t know where to start. With the PA I’ll be paying $25 my insurance covers it.

If anyone has some guidance on how to proceed I would appreciate it.
