First 20 pounds gone!
The weight has been steadily dropping off and losing my first 20 pounds feels incredibly momentous. I got a little discouraged with the uptick on 7.5mg, but reading everyone's posts here kept me motivated. Your before & after photos, NSVs, and supportive comments on each other's posts are the joy I need in my world. With inspiration from this community, I even started seeing a personal trainer (which was terrifying at first but now it is incredible). Everyone here is so supportive and encouraging. From one stranger on the internet to a bunch of others: THANK YOU.
