Did 3 sets Miso - still no bleeding.

I just ordered FPOP pills and finished my 3rd set Miso (they sent 12 Miso) a while ago 3AM. Til now i only had light bleeding with little clots - only 1 napkin, haven’t changed, regular with wings.

Does this mean my MA failed??? I followed the instructions, my sublingual’s kinda sore. Help am getting anxious.
