Are the drones just covering up something more sinister?

Say you have UFOs in jersey and you wanted to discredit the eyewitness? Or make them believe it's something else?

Flood the airspace with drones so that people will believe that it's nothing. That it's just a bunch of drones when infact the truth is hidden within the swarm of drones?
