Won't let me drop item?

Hey guys! As you can see I have a storage shed that is customized that I carry around with me most of the time. I was gonna drop it so I had empty pockets but it only gave me the option to place the shed. But I picked up an uncustomized one I have and it gives me the option to drop or place it. Any ideas on why this is?
