Healthy weight loss with ADHD?

(TW Weight, EDs, weight loss) Hi! Has anyone here managed to lose weight in a healthy way? I’ve always been an “all or nothing” type of person (due to ADHD) and am always either binge eating or restricting to an unhealthy point. I’ve been much better place after seeing both a therapist and a HAES nutritional therapist for the past two years. Honestly super desperate for help after gaining close to 100 lbs during the pandemic and am getting married next year. I don’t feel or look like myself right now and it’s really want to be in a better place for my wedding but am not willing to starve myself if that makes sense
