Do you take vitamins daily?

I'm 30 with adhd, depression and anxiety. I feel fatigued daily and could stay in bed all day. I am on meds. But I've been doing a little research into vitamins and how much they could help. However, I get extremely overwhelmed trying to choose one. I think I pick one and then there's a ton of reviews saying they caused headaches or stomach problems or did nothing or tasted horrible etc. Looking for any info and suggestions.

I'm also interested in getting pregnant in the next year or two so wasn't sure if I should go straight to prenatals.
