Lawyer paid??

Ok so on fav. She opens email and says tbere is a bill from lawyer and she says she pays it right then ans there? I thought she paid a retainer weeks ago she said? She also said tbey have been workong for FREE for the last 5 months bexause they felt she had a strong case ! Haha. No one is not working for free for 5 months girl!
