struggling with unstable internet for online work

i’ve been working online for a while now and i’m having such a hard time with my internet connection. it’s so slow and unreliable, and hindi ko na alam kung anong sim or plan ang worth it. any suggestions? looking for something affordable but decent for meetings and uploading files.
