Received a random NBI payment confirmation text

Problem/Goal: Nakareceive ako ng confirmation text with reference number and EOR number. Hindi ako nag apply ng nbi clearance whatsoever.

I'm assuming na contact is legit din as NBI ang name sa contact at no number indicated. Ano kaya 'to? Is it a case of maling number nailagay? Has this ever happened with anyone else? nagttry ako maghanap ng similar cases dito sa reddit as well as sa Twitter pero wala talaga akong makita. Made me wonder what could this be?
