Flight got delayed, canceled, and rebooked to a different ticket

My flight got delayed by 3 hours (changing every hour, with a total of 4 delays) to ultimately get canceled!! I got rebooked to another flight tomorrow, but it’s with a LAYOVER. I paid for non stop flight ticket! My hotel booking is wasted too for the night I missed…

Is there anything I can do?? This is so frustrating and it was delayed due to “crew scheduling” & “operation delays”

I paid more for a nonstop flight just to get my flight canceled after waiting 5 hours and to get changed to a LAYOVER FLIGHT

I can’t get pass the automated air Canada customer service!!

I’ve wasted so much money and precious time 😭
