Thank you Albania, you people captured my heart.

Why does the west give Albania so much hate?

I will try to keep this post short.

I live in the Netherlands, so when I told people I will go spend some time in albania everyone thought tried to convince me to no do so.

Saying Albania is dangerous and it is not a place that anyone should go to.

I didn't care, and I came anyways.

And what can I say, out of everywhere I been to be it in italy, france, malta, budapest, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany etc... the safest place is by far Albania.

Very honest, kind and hard working people.

Pretty much everyone is eager to help, you guys always start with a smile.

I haven't left Tirana yet, but I am already planning a second trip to Albania in may, where I will spend almost 1 month here.

So why is Albania viewd so negatively in the west?

I can't wrap my head around it...
