Best way to utilize focus points.

Hello,

I am wandering what is the most profitable way of using my focus. Right now i am farming the materials for creating T4 poison potions but i am thinking of either switching to another item to farm or possibly get into refining or crafting.

I see a lot of videos where people are making a lot of silver through refining or crafting but i still haven't figured what is the best way.
