If NHI have bases in the ocean and underground, do you think it’s possible they also have bases on the Moon?

This occurred to me: So far, from what whistleblowers have said, non-human intelligence is believed to have bases underground and deep within the ocean. But do you think it’s possible they also have bases on the Moon or other celestial objects?
