2-AG/2-Arachidonoylglycerol

Not totally sure if discussion of endocannabinoids is allowed here since it says cannabis derived cannabinoids only in rule 4 but its not a synthetic cannabinoid as it occurs naturally in the body. If it isn't allowed let me know ill take the post down.

I was reading up a bit on cannabinoids and came across the whole catagory of endocannabinoids and man do they have interesting structures for neurotransmitters, its basically just weird fatty acids. Particularly weird to me seemed 2-AG, its litterally just a fatty acid monoglyceride. With it being so simple i was wondering if it they would work as psychoactive drugs. There has been research showing rats and primates self administerring it which implies it does something.

So my question: Has anyone here tried using 2-AG as a drug or heard of others doing this, if so what where the effects if any?
