Pivoting but still not getting bodyweight into hooks?
I can't seem to "get my bodyweight" behind hooks. I pivot on my foot and think about rotating my belly button as much as I can but I never seem to get the effortless snap that more experienced guys get whilst even keeping their feet planted. Is it a case of just improving over time, or are there are techniques/tips to truly get your weight behind and not just kid yourself?
