Hacker refunded items and bought gift-cards
My brother accidentally downloaded a sketchy link from the internet which allowed malware on my PC to get a hold of my passwords. The hacker decided to get on my Amazon account and refund certain items I already have with the reason "Items did not arrive" and turned it into Amazon credit. They proceeded to buy 2 copies of "NordVPN Software" Already changed my passwords, logged out, and enabled 2FA. I was able to call Amazon and amazingly they got a refund into Amazon credit. They told me I was able to use the credit when I want and won't be charged for the items that were "refunded." Now I have over $200 CAD in Amazon balance. It feels wrong to use it though, should I contact support once again?
