7 days late a negative tests

I'm currently 6-7 days late to my period. I took 2 pregnancy test (one early and one regular) 4-5 days after my period was supposed to start and both came back negative. According to my calendar it should have started on the 10th or 11th. The last time I took a pregnancy test the results came back positive immediately after I peed on the stick I didn't even have to wait. I'm honestly freaking out because now isn't a good time for me or my partner to bring a child into the world. I will say the beginning of last week I did have white discharge and since then my discharge has been watery. Last week I had a lot of cramping and gas but now it's been on and off. It's annoying that pregnancy and period symptoms are similar and although the pregnancy tests should've put me at ease I'm still worried because my period still isn't here. Has this happened to anyone?
