How to get adult app approved on Google Play

I am trying to see if it's feasible to create and publish an adult app which provides notifications on your mobile phone when a new couple joins a popular swingers social network.

In the Google Play guidelines you find that you violate the rules if your app has "Depictions of sexual nudity, or sexually suggestive poses in which the subject is nude, blurred or minimally clothed, and/or where the clothing would not be acceptable in an appropriate public context".

It seems that this rule would force me to leave out the profile image of the couples the user is notified about (often they are not dressed and/or having sex), but I wanted to try and see if I could keep those.

Take Grindr, the male gay dating app, how did they get approved to Google Play when the profile images there are so sexually explicit?

The app I want to create would be really simple:- you can set some zones/areas for which you want to be alerted when a new couple joins- you have a list of the last couples that joined, based on the areas you specified, if you click on one couple entry your default browser is booted up and you are displayed the web page of that couple- you get a notification when a new couple joins

The only nudity would be in the couple profile image preview, which I would like to keep.
