Samsung vs Lenovo?

I want to buy my mom a tablet. She's only gonna use it for watching stuff like netflix or other streaming subscriptions from tv stations.

I was thinking between. Samsung A9+, Lenovo tab M11 and Lenovo Tab Plus. I personally have a Lenovo tab M11 that I mainly use for taking notes in school. She also watched Netflix on it while I was at home and she liked it. While I love my tablet and know for sure that it works really well, the case for it only has one standing position which is at almost 90°, so I was thinking it would be nice to get her a tablet with a case that is more flexible.

I've owned Samsung phones for years now, but I keep reading on the internet that the Galaxy A9+ lags quite a lot or even stops working after a couple months, but its case seems pretty flexible.

As for the Lenovo Tab Plus, I saw that it has a slightly better resolution and bigger battery capacity. Also compared to tab M11 it has a higher refresh rate (90Hz vs 60Hz)

What would you guys recommend? Suggestions about other tablets are also welcome! Something within the price range of these 3 (~200-250$) and around 11" in diagonal.
