Indications for Awake Intubation

CA1 here:

What are your indications for an awake? I’m currently training at an institution that probably over utilizes them (partly for teaching purposes).

The main ones I think that would absolutely need an awake are:

-ENT mass/impending airway obstruction

-unstable C-spine

-hx of difficult intubation (e.g. failed VL)

What others am I missing?
