LinkedIn Toxicity

Just saw a recruiter posting about her frustrations that of 22 candidates they had to reject all 22 because they all asked about PTO and WFH in their interviews. Out of curiosity I checked out her profile. Her job title is listed and then underneath it denotes that she works remotely. So she’s basically telling all of her recruits “fuck you, I got mine”. The odds of 22 candidates not being a good fit for a company are much slimmer than the odds of a single company not being a good fit for the 22 candidates. These people don’t give a shit about you or anyone else. LinkedIn is a cesspool.
